I do not know how people can justify the inexistence of Global Warming by saying that it keeps rainning. I believe it would be better if we call it Climate Change.

Is it sustainability a good word?

Now a days, the word sustainability sounds great and it is usually related with environmental issues but it does not make it a better word.

If I ask you: - "How do you define the relationship between you and your girlfriend?"
And if the unswer was: - "It is sustainable."

I would be quiet sorry for you.

The truth is that our "relationship" with the environment is so bad that we usually think of it as a good word because the next goal is to make it sustainable.

It all started two years ago when I decided to start up a project which will change the city where I used to live.

So I chose some friends to be part of "my" team, which was the best team I have ever worked with. The main idea was to "redesign" a city to be as "green" as possible. Therefore, during a year we work hard to turn this idea in something real and easy to do.

And we did it... We study which kind of energy would be better and where to apply its generators with all the investment needed included.

The reall problem here is that people still "allergic" to new ideas mainly when they come from under-age guys. But they do not say: - "I do not care!", they rather say:- "It seems nice." so that they can keep us working for nothing but making us have the idea that they do care about it.
The result is that when we present the final project they start criticizing it and ignoring us.

In conclusion we did a project I still believe in even after I have learned more about renewable energy and industry management as well as talked with some MIT teachers, but politicians are not ready for the change; they just pretend they are to keep us shuted up.
